I'm waiting for three months now for my merch and the Artbook that I paid for. Support won't answer for those three months. I feel like they don't have a support team anymore. Can't take them that long...
And this bot answer here saying they made a post about the delays RECENTLY is ridiculous. That post is from the beginning of december which is NOT recent we need a new statement.
I feel worst for people waiting on merch. The radio silence is disrespectful to people who paid money directly to support GGG, its a form of thievery.
