Why No any equipment or weapons drop when I use the PS5 DualSense controller

Why don't any equipment or weapons drop when I use the PS5 DualSense controller? There was only a small amount of gold, but when I switched back to using the keyboard and mouse, the equipment, weapons and gold dropped normally. Thanks for help 🙏🏼

Check if you have Highlighting enabled.

On POE1, using controller this is likely RT + DPAD DOWN to enable/disable highlighting of labels for items and interactables.

On POE2 EA, this is bound to LT + DPAD RIGHT for controller.


There is also an option to "Always Highlight" in Options, but I expect this isn't your issue if it works for keyboard/mouse. In POE1, see Options - UI - Gameplay. For POE2, see Options - Interface - Gameplay.
