account merging

I have accidentally made two accounts. One is purely poe account made through this official website, the other was created when i bought the early access pack on steam. I have made my character on the poe account, but the bonus(es) are stored on the steam-created account.
I would like to merge those accounts without losing my character or the bounus(es) form the early access pack. At the same time i want to buy some stash tabs, so that i can sell what i find and so that my stash doesnt overfill. I have already contacted support over e-mail two weeks ago, but so far no reply So my questions are: When can i expect the merging to be resolved? I do not mind the wait, i just want to use the premium currency. If i buy said currency on the other account, will they still be able to be merged without losing anything? It was not your fault, the system is ambiguous and puts all the wrong paths in your way to encourage these types of failures.
Sadly I'm sorry to spoil it for you but support cannot merge accounts or transfer characters between sub-accounts, which leaves you with 2 options: Option 1 wait and ask support to transfer your credits and cosmetics to your other account (which they can only do once) although without stash tabs it will be practically unplayable or unenjoyable, and they will take up to 2 months or more to respond to you. option 2 (the one I recommend) start from 0 in the account where your credits are, forget about your current characters, you will take away the progress of your other account before they respond to you) |
