Reduce time to fully pull down levers

As the title suggests, Please lower the time or at least get rid of the Pause when pulling down the massive levers. I get it, You want to add to immersion but the amount of time it takes to pull them down is to long. More so the pause between the 2. Make it one motion / animation or increase the rate at which you pull it down.
