Unprofessional customer service, don't expect a reply

Let's be honest guys. This company is way to small to handle all the complaints and queries they get. Don't expect too much. I bought several premium tabs which arnt working as intended. Sent them a email to which they never responded. Need to hire some more workers and work out a different queries system because this one clearly isn't working.in addition I would say Ggg is it's own worst enemy by the looks of it. The campaign is seriously over tuned with chaos/poison damage and ranged attacks. They can't have actually game tested this and thought wow people are really gonna enjoy this campaign. The game itself can be fun but only once you reach endgame imo and even then the replayability isn't there atm. Obviously it's early access and I really hope they add more stuff soon for the sake of the game. Or else this game will sadly end up like poe1
