Can't Use Flicker Strike with Serle's Masterwork Phantom Mace

I can't use Serle's Masterwork with Flicker Strike. People in chat were saying maybe it might be a tagline issue, whatever that means.

When I checked a few minutes ago, there didn't look like there'd be any issue.
But, when I imported into PoB, your build had changed--swapping Cold Penetration Support for Close Combat Support.

Skills supported by Close Combat Support can only be used with Swords and Axes, so it wouldn't be usable with Serle's Masterwork.
