Change email

Hello!
I requested to change my email address before the start of early access, December 5, and the next day the support responded to me with additional questions. After that, there were problems with sending the message, and as a result, on December 20, I was asked more additional questions and two months have passed since then. And this despite the fact that on December 7 I bought a support pack with early access, in the belief that there would be no problems with changing email.

After that I wrote two more messages, the last time on January 14th and since then I’ve just been waiting. The problem is that I can't even log into the original game and instead I play the last epoch. And nowhere can you clarify the status of the application. And it makes no sense to write to the post office, again standing at the end of the line. You might as well wait for Diablo 5.

I know that this issue will not be resolved here and you will write that you need to wait for an answer. That's not what I'm here for. I want to say that instead of an interesting experience in the new game, I was disappointed and exhausted my credibility. And spending money on your games makes you regret it, like having too much beer at a bar.
