FPS is too HIGH

Highest graphics settings on an overclocked GeForce RTX 4060 gives me 15fps.
That is way too high. Anything over 5fps and I run the risk of an epileptic seizure. Lowest possible settings give me anywhere between 24 and 60fps. This is unacceptably high. Please make it so that the game runs at 5fps @140p. Thank you. Last bumped on Feb 24, 2025, 1:01:19 PM
