Reef Themed MTX for slams and some spells

It would be cool if we could get reef themed skill effects. MTX similar to Dweller or Brine King slams for skills like Ground slam, Earthquake, and Sunder and spells like Glacial cascade, Ice nova and Frostblink.

It would also be nice to see the skill effect react to damage zones. Like Ground slam's 40-49% more Damage with Hits to closer targets, with a more vibrant reef or taller corals creating a clear visual indicator.

If these already exist let me know cause I can't find them or a bundle in the store.
