its not fun, its not implemented well take them out the game they are universally hated.

There are many rare mob affixes that are extremely unbalanced and build breaking when they appear in certain combinations. Affixes need fixed ASAP. I hope GGG is fixing and balancing rare mob affixes in the upcoming patch.

They brought them over from POE 1 on purpose -- they are hated there too.
This tells us the mob is here to stay, it will not only not go anywhere, but it will inspire more mobs just like it. |

If you're talking about the rares with the large blue circle just don't enter the circle.
And if you do, don't leave it. |

You talking about the mana siphon ring? If you stand inside the ring you don't lose mana, only when you are standing on the rings.

Basic Attacks cost no mana.
Kill them with Basic attacks until you learned better. |
