New Skill Request: Chaos Orb (Blackhole)

I would like to request to the developers to consider a Solar Orb skill equivalent, namely Chaos Orb, that deals chaos damage over time and creates an enormous gravitational field that pulls monsters toward the center like a miniature blackhole. Thanks for consideration!
