Dance With Death should disable shield Auto-Equip

Dance with death gives 25% more skill speed while an off hand is empty and using a one handed martial weapon. Auto-Equip is a feature that automatically equips picked up gear into any available slot if there is one.

Auto-Equip is nice to have on for making gearing up characters a bit easier.
Getting a shield auto tossed on just cause its a high qual white item (yes im still bothering with those hecc up) is annoying.
