PS5 needs dictation

Hey guys,

For some reason the controller doesn't give an option to dictate when we open the chat on the PS5.

This makes communication very challenging. Especially when you're just trying to make a trade and need quick communication. The chat menu is very counter-intuititive. Fixing it should be easy hopefully and would make a very big different.
