Suffering lags and High Network delays! [POE2]

Hi.
I am suffering game network lags most of the day, cannot enjoy and playing the game properly. these spikes is so annoying sometimes im forced to give up and leave the game because i'm getting frustrated of frequently dies that caused by spikes/freezes. im connecting from Kuwait (middle east) im using EU servers to login they showing 100-110ms ping time. in the past few weeks i was getting better pings after midnight but nowadays im suffering spikes whole day especially in weekends. while in POE1 i have never suffer lags issues. game running smoothly.
