Lost a stash tab when buying one

I've already put in a ticket. I got a single response that said they can help me and since then, I've gotten no response. I've sent 3 more messages since and no response. I was changing my tabs to make sales easier. Realized I needed another tab. I went to the shop while my stash was open, bought one then it reset the position of all the tabs I was messing with and renamed/colored 2 of them back to what they were. Then I realized a tab with t14 corrupted maps disappeared, this was the day the waypoint stash was released. Still waiting. It's only $3 but this is a bigger issue then just my tab.
