QOL: Autoloot breach splinters

And other currencies if possible. But it's especially necessary for Breach Splinters. The minimap only shows them within a certain range, so if you go too far, you might miss a few. Also, it's not fun having to click on 30 splinters every time you do a Breach.

Make an MTX ring or pet slow, hand themed obviously, or rerelease the twitch drop hands back attachment and make it have the function of collecting breach and simulacrum splinters if you are in a map and it is on your map device (ie no using in another players lobbdy to steal loot)
