No hidden values and more informative character sheet

I believe having hidden armor speed debuff values is not needed and should be shown on the item card or character sheet. I also believe the character sheet should have more detail. Allow us to hover over stats and let us see all the sources which are lowering and raising said stat. Being able to hover over a resistance and see how much the current act is lowering and also indicating that acts lower resistances would be good . Being able to see clearly everything affecting your stats on a sheet would help the player see what they should modify about their build accordingly and it would make for a better overall experience.
