Friend's key not working when logging into Poe2 Client

I have received a key from someone I know.
It turns out I cannot login into the main game even though I received a verification through email saying "Your activation of Path of Exile 2 was successful."  Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 12:46:46 PM

If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from.
