Viper Napuatzi fight is full of bugs and needs balance

Dear respected developers.

Please, pay some attention to the Viper Napuatzi fight, the one before the last in Act 3. In both normal and cruel difficulties.

1. It is highly unbalanced. Viper herself is fine for a level boss, however additional attacks by her guards (physical+poison, alternating green waves of spears) are enormously strong, enough for an instant kill in fact, and ridiculously difficult to avoid. In fact, these attacks are a serious blocker for all of my sorceress and witch characters.

2. It is also bugged. It is possible to jump on the row of shields or to get stuck between the guards, totally unable to move or shoot. Also, if the incoming damage is too high, various stages of the fight become too close one to another.

Such small things unfortunately destroy the intricate beauty of your game. Please, make some adjustments and it will be appreciated by thousands of players.

Dear fellow gamers.

Please, don't tell me to "Git Gud". I started playing Another World, Descent and Prince of Persia when most of you weren't probably, even born. POE2 is an awesome RPG, but some things still need adjusting.
