Account locked earlier today
Hi, made this account so I could post here due to my real account being locked.
Made a stupid joke in general chat earlier today about logging into someone elses account because they were joking asking if someone could do the campaign for them. Everyone in the global at the time (777) knew it was a joke, but I got a 24 hr mute a few seconds later then my account got locked which was the first time I'd seen something like that happen. I've made a few other stupid jokes in the same global before which resulted in a couple probably deserved mutes over the years too, but nothing overly heinous. I came here to see if anyone had the same issue, which they did. I have contacted support already but the main point of this post is getting some insight on the current amount of emails you guys are dealing with or how "account locks" work if possible? Kind of worried about the status of my account when I've played so much of both PoE1 and PoE2 with seemingly no end in sight for people with this issue. Is it essentially an indefinite ban at this point? Is it meant to be lifted? I'd love a comprehensive answer if possible? I just want to know if I'll even be able to play the rest of the Phrecia event considering its only lasting for 1 month. Thanks. I'm guessing there aren't that many team members with the power to undo locks which seem automated? I'm really confused and honestly really sad, played this game for so many hours and I've seen plenty of people catch mutes longer than mine without being locked.

Been locked for over 1 month with no interaction with customer support. I think you can pretty much delete your account at this point, nothing is being done.
