Refund not used poe2 key

Please GGG i write like 10 times to support since December 2024
to refund me money from 1 key that is not used for poe2 beta like for 2 months. It's on this account. It was bought by mistake because payment lag. I don't spend any points and this key is not used. I bought it 2 minute after first one because payment gateway say it's processing and then it crashed so i though it's rejected but after few minutes i got key but i already bought and acticated one.
