1 Month Without a Response on Points Refund - Inefficient Support

I’d like to share a highly frustrating situation I’ve been experiencing with support. On January 17, 2025, I sent my first email requesting a refund of 360 points spent on a duplicate skin (Harmony Weapon Effect). I received a response asking for some additional information, and I was assured that it would be possible to get my points back once I provided the necessary details. However, since that initial response, I have sent four follow-up emails with the requested information, and I have not received any further communication from support. It has now been over a month since my first contact, and the lack of follow-up is incredibly frustrating. I understand that support teams may be busy, but going a month without any kind of response after being asked for additional information is unacceptable.
