2 MONTHS 22 DAYS, WAITING FOR A SIMPLE CHANGE OF ACCOUNT EMAIL

Thats right a simple task of changing my account email seems impossible for GGG to accomplish. I have been waiting for 2MONTHS and 22 DAYS for a simple job of changing my account email. I have not been able to play the game i paid for.
