Why Diablo 4 is better than POE 2?
Diablo 4
1. Insane mechanics but tolerable. 2. You can easily level up from 1 to 100 pretty easy and fast 3. No XP penalty 4. If you die doing activities, just revive and spawn back and you will not loose the map and no xp loss. 5. No lag doing multiplayer. 6. Blizzard respects player time. 7. Loot does not debuff on death 8. Boss cannot one shot your character. 9. Armor, and resistances works 100% POE 2 1. Ridiculous and insane mechanics that makes you go rage and quit. 2. One shot mechanics incorporated in the game, even a regular mob can one shot your character. 3. Character levelling to 100 is hard due to xp penalty at end game and trials. 4. If you die doing mapping you lose the map, xp penalty, time spent etc. 5. XP penalties imposed at trials, which is horrible. 6. Horrible server lag due to limited server across regions. 7. GGG a big NO respect for player time. 8. Loot debuff on death 9. Trials will fail if honour went down to zero, and xp penalty imposed. 10. Boss can one shot you. 11. Armor, and resistances are broken in this game 12. If player dies doing Citadels, you loose the map and find another citadel. Remember PoE2 is still in early access :)
Armor will get better. Not sure what you think is wrong with resistances. PoE2 is a challenging game for sure and thats what a lot of people really enjoy. So many games today are too easy, no challenge. Personally I dont understand whats fun if you can get max level in 1-2 days. Dont you want to be able to enjoy a game for a long time? The fun is the journey to the endgame, not rushing to endgame and..... Well then what? |

" Everyone here love's to level up fast to 100 so they can test other characters and diversity of builds. The game has a handcuffed mechanism that limit progression going to 100. This was deliberate on GGG part for the sake of player retention. |

here we do it the other way around.. first you need a strong enough build, then you go for 100
and give up at 98 because it takes forever :) d:-D*

You mean easier.
I'm of the view point that if you can get your end gear in less than a few weeks then the game is too easy. If you don't have to grind for a month and trade to get your gear, it's too easy. POE1, POE2, Diablo 2 have the right idea. You need to grind, grind, grind, and have a 1/100,000,000 chance of finding your gear, or you can trade. D4 looks like a snooze fest. All I really want from POE2 is a crafting bench so we can add any mod to an item with open an affix slot. And a better endgame. |

" It's not challenging tho. It's just punishing. One-shot mechanics aren't challenging. It's just lazy design. Making you runback 1 hour to a boss (trial of sekhema cough cough) is not challenging. It's just lazy design. Making you lose 20 hours of xp progression to artificially lengthen the journey is not challenging. It's just lazy design. |

" This is a wild take. So difficulty to you is braindead farming of the same maps over and over and over pressing LMB for hundreds of hours until the law of large numbers finally swings in your favor? By that metric the hardest games out there must be slot games. |

" Not necessarily. There's smarter and harder ways. But if a game was done loot wise in 16 hours, the game is over. These games are all about loot and building up. As well as trading. If you get lucky or just know what you are doing, you can farm or find useful stuff and trade it. But the slot machine aspect is what makes it fun. For instance I have about 2 days in the new POE Phrecia event and found a divine orb in the campaign. That's a pretty cool memorable moment. |

TLDR, POE 2 is 1000x better than D4, Have I got this correctly?

" So your take is that a good game is a game where you can't ever die and you get all the stuff handed to you ? Waw, so much fun. Why do you even play it ? |
