Havenwood Cloak from twitch drop not rewarded

Hey, I've completed the required watchtime to claim Havenwood Cloak, but when I tried to claim it I received Eagle Portrait Frame, shown in the screenshot in "Just Received" tab (just noticed that I didn't mouseover it to show the tooltip)
I don't have the Eagle Supporter Pack, nor do I have the rest of items from the pack, there is no Havenwood Cloak in my account. Relogging didn't fix the issue.  Last bumped on Feb 21, 2025, 6:26:01 PM

Could you please try disconnecting your Path of Exile account from your Twitch account (https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections) and then try linking it again (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch)? Thanks, the unlinking & relinking helped, got the cloak now. Also I was mistaken with me owning the pack - didn't realize that it was a lower tier of Imperial Eagle which I have, lol.
Thanks for resolving that, I was too scared to email support as I have an open ticket regarding a payment plan that I'm on and waiting with points ready to be subtracted from my account |

This worked for me too, though I had to unlink at https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections and then also at https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections before relinking through the latter.
Twitch had previously been showing Havenwood drop claimed, but PoE had shown the Sarcophagus Back Attachment as recently acquired (though I've had that since 3.22). All is well now. |
