It's been 66 days and still no resolution to my account problem not even an email!?
It's been 66 days since my email went out and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue with my account, only one question asking for account details was received over a month ago and I replied to it and then was nowhere to be found.
MY ACCOUNT ISSUE: My main account, Joyee5500#8186, has been incorrectly bound by the system to an email address that doesn't belong to me, preventing me from logging into the game. I initially asked GGG to help me change back to my original bound email address with no response! I even re-registered a brand new account in hopes of unbinding the third party platform that my old used account said I was bound to in order for me to be able to re-use my original account and bind it to the newly registered account! Come on, I have at least $500-600 USD loaded on my original account, you guys are robbing players of their assets! This behavior is abhorrent, and I've never seen any gaming company with an online service that deals with reasonable feedback from players in such a nasty way! It's simply awful! I will not be playing any more GGG related games until my account issues are dealt with, and I will be advising my friends to try not to play any of their games. Because this is a shameful gaming company! Come on, I don't know when the people at GGG have the right attitude towards players, but I can confirm that you are an irresponsible gaming company with a very poor outlook on your future. Any gaming company that respects its players is doomed sooner or later! Last bumped on Feb 21, 2025, 2:45:45 PM

" That's what you said a month ago, two months ago, and put out an announcement telling us to stop sending emails or your processing would still be delayed? I think you guys might as well just say, “Hey, Exile, we've received your sponsorship money. Would you please leave and not contact us again!?” Your behavior is shameful, and in the entire history of the gaming industry, you're on your way to the point of no return! |
