Complete PC Freeze while loading screen (as in PoE2)

Sadly I'm now experiancing the same issue in PoE1 that is hauting me and many players in Poe2: complete system freeze when changing zones. Only hard reboot possible

Turn off "Engine Multithreadding" within the advanced game settings solves the isse, but this can be only seen as a workaround.
