3 months still locked with no response
My account has been locked since darn near launch. I am trying to remain patient but wearing thin. I have no clue where to even try and go from here. At this point it would be nice if support could point me in the direction to refund my EA on my account and refund EA on this account I created just to use the forums....

It's been over 2 months without a response but, I keep getting emails for items in the store twice a week!
