Account Locked for Months, Cannot Play Phercia

Hi GGG or the Public,

I know it is well aware of the massive data breach back in December. Many were hit, and we are unable to access our accounts due to being locked. It has been months. I have sent every ounce of verification over to your support team, and waited weeks in response for each email and bit of information.

After two weeks in between responses, and one day before the event launches, I send a follow-up, and now I am at the end of the queue? My patience for months means nothing?

I cannot access my account, the items and tabs I spent money on.

My account name is BrysonG#4720. I do not understand at this point with the multitude of emails, I am not verified and able to access my account.

GGG, is this a standard you are happy with? I can't wait to see the automated reply.
