Console problem with accidental exit from trials !!

Heading for round 4 in sekhemas trial and with 8000 Honor left for my last 2 points of ascention and i accidental hit the portal next to Balbala and it portal me out ,no quastions ask, immediately..!!!!
Lost my progress...
A quastion before exiting may realy help there "are you sure you want to leave the trial"
