I understand that you are all handling a large volume of tickets, but the issue still not being resolved after 2 months is really unacceptable.
I have answered every question be it how annoying that multiple people didn't even read the past email chain for previous context. [Removed by Support] [Removed by Support] What happened to Shaun? Whom I was answering every question they gave? Why did a random other guy replied to my situation that has ZERO IDEA of the 20 emails chain since DECEMBER that I have been sending back and forth? After this stupid email by Rory, Nobody has answered my email for 13 days. If you want my information, just provide the FULL list in ONE email so that i can immediately give you all the details you need. I feel I am patient enough, but this has gone way too far. Could I get a dedicated person to help with my situation please I beg of you.
