Questions about POE2 refunds

AA few days ago, I submitted a refund application and sent an email as required. Until now, I haven't received any useful reply. This refund is very important to me. I want it to be resolved as soon as possible instead of waiting endlessly. Please pay attention to my request and help me as soon as possible.
