Missing Settlers Character

Hello,

I came back to play the Legacy of Phrecia event this league after playing Settlers and Necro Settlers league. Yesterday night, I logged in to practice my Scion start and I saw both of my tricksters. However, today before logging into the Phrecia event, I noticed that my main Trickster (level 98 I cannot remember the name) from the Settlers league is missing on my account? I've tried relogging, logging in and out of a different character, making a new character, deleting an old character... nothing I am doing is repopulating him. This is distressing me as its the furthest I have ever leveled a character and I am almost certain that I did not delete him by mistake. Can you please look into this for me?
