Minion builds need a minion-specific wand for SSF play.

Currently minion builds rely on only a single weapon, Trenchtimbre, for + to minion level (essential, non-negotiable) to scale their builds appropriately. The problem is that Trenchtimbre has an absurdly low drop rate. This is enough of a problem for league-starter minion builds, but it's a real problem for SSF play.

It's really not acceptable that minion builds have only one single mainhand that is viable. We need a minion-specific wand, like we had in POE1.
