Purchased the big expensive founders pack in December and still have not received my sweatshirt or t shirt. Have reached out to support multiple times over the past 2 months and been ghosted. Has anyone received their physical items?? How do I get this problem solved?

I had emailed back and forth with customer service almost 2 months ago now. They asked me to verify all my account info and then ghosted me.
