is CC chargeback the only option?
I made a purchase through GGG, and it was not received.
61 days since my first email and no response. I did send a follow up email 10 days after that, but then they posted not to do that as it'll put you at the back of the queue so I stopped. I understand how swamped they were at launch, and was happy to see their success, so I've been patient. But at a certain point I do need either the product I paid for, or my money back. They've failed to do either, or even acknowledged that an email was sent. My window for CC charge back is in another ~29 days, I'd hate to do that as I don't want to risk my account (it is early access though so not the biggest deal), just trying to figure out if there's ANY way to get through over there before having to pull that rip cord with a CC chargeback. " Appreciate the response, I understand that. I just hope whoever is running the show realizes after 90 days we really have no other option than the chargeback to protect ourselves, and the policy on how you handle chargebacks reflects that. As much as I'd love to trust I can't leave myself unprotected on a purchase that has not been fulfilled 3 months later. |
