POE acc locked since dec 22nd HELP

GGG support finally responded a week ago after nearly 2 months of waiting for my account to be unlucked during POE 2 early access.
My account was breached, multiple copies of the game bought on it, to which I emailed them for a refund. They refunded, locked, been waiting ages for a response. I've now just made a new account to play the new POE 1 league stuff with no stash tabs etc. This is getting absurd. I just want to play the video game. Last bumped on Feb 20, 2025, 9:27:09 PM
