I can't contact support in email

Hi bosses , I wrote to support about refounding my MTX, but they wrote to me that I needed to confirm my account, I unsubscribed that they told me to write and no one else has been responding for a couple of weeks (

okay , but im said from another email , i have 10min delay from first mail from ur support.. But fine , i can wait. ty for faster mail this :*
Just FYI. A lot of customers wait for 3+ months now for any support. I am waiting about 3 months now.
There is no support as it seems.
Just wanted to let you know you shouldnt expect anything soon (if you do the better)...
2 month + without response here.
