Can players be given basic respect?

My issue is that I cannot receive unlock codes email for poe2.

It's been 46 DAYS since I received a reply from support,which asked me to provide the information that has already been provided.
I understand that support has a heavy amount of work, but 46 days is an exceptionally long wait. It drives me crazy!And I believe resolving my issue is not complicated.

No company would let their users wait for SUCH A LONG TIME!
Please show me some respect!
