Donate problem on PS5

I've bought 3 packs of 200 coins on my ps5 account. 1st time was all right and i got the coins. However the other 2 times i got nothing, the support doesn't respond. Seems like i'm gonna quit the game even tho i like it. I Wonder if anyone else got the same problem. That ain't fun playing for nothing and getting zero responce from the devs.
