can we have Hong Kong realm for POE 1 in near future?

Singapore realm is just the worse, 30-40% of singapore instance is like 200-300 ping
Japan is a stable 100 ping but playing with 100 ping is just uncomfortable

Hong Kong realm while im playing POE 2 is just too good, ping always 20-30, i never experience such smoothness in POE 1
