Don't email support

Who ever thinks about sending an email too support , "DON'T " you probably gonna get a response within minutes but nothing after that, new rwquest get q response straight away old ones... not so much tou are being put in the 2 months pot waiting list , if you are not a streamer don't expect your issue to be resolved within days/weeks .
I have sent an new email about the same issue that i currently have with my main account ( being blocked for arround a month) and i got the response within minutes . When i emailes back with the details saying that i already have a request opened and given the details , i have been ignored since then.

So.moral don't email support@grindinggear.com

Just find another game ,another activity lads , it ain't worth it to spend your time waiting for these automatic responses.
Get a refound if you can , sue them if you want but don't loose your time anymore.
It's been 2 months since I had a reply on my issue. I must say I was getting good support for a while, then nothing.
Support is a joke, doubt any of us will ever see our accounts again.

Yeah by the look of it ,you might be right
I don't see them given a fck about their customers , so yeah our requests are probably thrown away in a bin somewhere and all of our new emails are probably going to spam , they cannot be telling that if send more emails you're position in the queue is reseted and you go back , to the bottom of the list, when clearly id did sent new emails from other email addresses twice and i have got a response back within minutes , and other people confirmed that aswell.
Looks like our accounts have been blocked , our requests have been thrown away in a bin somewhere, our accounts probably don't even exist anymore so yeah i agree with you i had high expectation from GGG , i thought high about them but .. yeah worst experience i had in my entire life , and the worst customer service i hve ever came across in my entire life aswell.

Exactly this. I gave up on this company and moved on and never looked back. I've whaled about 500 EUR into their pocket without any support (where is my hoodie?).
Hard lesson learned that any coorp once getting too succesful doesnt care any longer for their customers.
But tbh that is kinda unoptimal to lose potential whales. Welp, thanks for teaching me a lesson GGG!

Bro, they locked my account for "safety," and now I can't get a single response from support! Am I even safe with my account locked? I’m completely unable to play! I don’t have the money to buy another Path of Exile 2 account, and I don’t want to because I have all my skins and stash tabs on my main account! This is ridiculous! Just hire more people to help us out already! I'm so done with this nonsense!
