points purchased nothing received

i have made two purchases on the psn store one for $5 and another for $10. no points have been received yet and has now been 4 day. i got a email back asking for information about the it and gave all info. nothing has been done since and no reply or points received.

i have contacted support a with 3 sepperate emails. the fact that i spent money on this game days ago and still have yet to get a response or money is a bit crazy. please respond to them and not let them just sit there or get the points to those spending real money on them. sorry but after 4 days im pretty upset and no other game has ever done this to me
