Support delay - Refund Inquiry
I requested a refund on a supporter pack on January 2nd (Within 48 hours of purchase) and it has been more than a month and a half..
While waiting for a response from support email, could I at least get a confirmation from a forum support that I will infact get my refund? Just so I can clear up my mind, since waiting for a response has been a suspense, especially with how wishy washy (Not known how they are really decided) decisions are regarding refunds. Hoping that I am still able to get it even after 1.5 months that was due to a delay that isnt my fault. Thanks. Last bumped on Feb 20, 2025, 11:36:45 AM

" In the less extreme of things, I do wish they would at least provide an estimate of reply times based on the most current count of inquiries they have. How much longer will it be before I get my money back... I don't think its fair to hold my money that long. |

they respond to tickets in minutes now not a joke, they are holding our accounts for a reason and they will not say way.
