I can't change my email address

My IP address changed (I changed ISP but the IP address should still be in the same country) and the game is asking for a confirmation code sent to email xxx@yyy.com (xxx@yyy.com is of course not the real email and just used here to better explain the situation).

I'm currently writing with the *blocked* account and have my password to access the account here on pathofexile.com

The email xxx@yyy.com has been locked by Microsoft too so I cant access it anymore.

so I am trying to change my email account to my present email and when I want to give my new email address here, of course it sends a confirmation request to the old email address xxx@yyy.com which I dont have access to anymore.

I have sent an email to support@grindinggear.com and got a reply asking for the names of some of my chars (which I provided in a reply) but no resolution after a month already ...

Can anybody at GGG help on this ?
