I encountered with my account after a recent update. My in-game account, associated with the official ID shuqixu#7763, has displayed a message stating that I no longer have the required qualifications to play. As a result, I am unable to access the game. I would like to highlight that I have previously played the game and have made purchases on my account. Therefore, I am uncertain about the reason for this issue and would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
