Suggestion: Option to lower equip level to any item to level 1.

So one thing that really added a lot of replayability for me in D3, which helped me put many hours into the game, was the Gem of Ease. The gem would allow you to set any item to level one for equipping gear.

My recommendation would be make it a rare drop, somewhere around a divine orb or something, and when you use the item, it drops the minimum level to equip down to one, but it no longer allows you to modify the item and it is account bound, so it cannot be traded.

This allows us players to quickly move through the campaign without having to grind through it with alts on any league. I know for me personally, I do not like playing the same campaign over and over again. I was not looking forward to having to replay Acts 1-3 on cruel, but it ended up being ok since I could run the entire 3 acts in a day since I was quite powerful and capable.
