And yes I did contact support, I've received 2 messages since 6 December. Last one I received was 6 Jan... 44 days since today.

Been locked out of my Path of Exile account since December 6th. At this point, I’m less of a player and more of a true exile. 😔 Feels like I’ve been banished to Wraeclast without even a stone to grind. No maps, no loot, no skills... just me, my despair, and a passive skill tree that only grows more complex by the minute. If anyone sees my account, tell it I miss it dearly, but I’m doing fine... at least I think I am. #ExiledForReal #SendHelp #WraeclastWithdrawals
