[feedback] GGG is a gold-digging grave robbing poor excuse of a company
Here's my feedback and suggestions:
There is no excuse for the bad user experience created by the website and early access. If you can afford a team to manage development, you can afford a team to manage support and infrastructure costs. Made worse because GGG cannot separate their PoE 1 security system from the PoE2. Waited 2 months with zero help from GGG support with my issue and many other peoples. The bot responses on the forum do nothing to help users. You should be closing down the service of the game and refund as many users as possible who have been having issues so that we can move on from this as I cannot continue to support this kind of service for an online game. This game is barely an Alpha and needs more time to release content and to fix account issues before releasing in Beta. The Game is alright, nothing special but the service is terrible. gameplay is 6/10, story is 2/10, audio and music is 8/10, multiplayer is 2/10 and GGG support is 0/10.
