xbox and pc ccharacter sync?

Hi!
So i bought the xbox version intially. then saw you have to buy them per platform, eh whatevs... it says that the characters sync between platforms. so i bought the PC version. so I am havign an issue, I do not see my character i have on my xbox when i load up the PC game. So, the whole subaccount/cross linking thing. I have microsoft linked to my PoE acct. I also have in my transaction history, 2 verified purchases of PoE2. but in the link in the website, shows i dont have access... So, from what I can see, my microsoft (ie xbox) acct is linked, but its not? |
